NTA’s Media Team had the incredible opportunity to cover the Nuclear Victim’s Day at the International Conventional Center. This day, also known as Nuclear Survivors’ Day, is a solemn yet inspiring reminder of the resilience of the people of the Marshall Islands. Despite the tragedies caused by nuclear testing in the 1950s, the survivors have refused to be defeated and instead have emerged stronger than ever before. We are grateful for their perseverance and determination to keep their culture and traditions alive. Today, we honor their strength and spirit.
